(Occupancy 2-14). This huge 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is just two houses from the Lake and Pleasure Point Marina with great views from most rooms. It is a perfect get-a-way for extended families or groups. There are two separate upstairs wings, the "North Wing" has a bedroom and full bath, a loft/sitting room with a TV/DVD.
The "South Wing" has 3 more bedrooms a full bath and another loft /sitting area with another TV/DVD. In addition, there is a 5th bedroom and another full bath downstairs. Three bedrooms have queen size beds, one bedroom has a twin, and one has a full-size. Also in each of the loft/sitting areas are four more twin beds for a total of 13 beds. The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishasher and microwave and it opens up to a beautiful redwood deck (perfect for BBQ's) which has an awesome view of the lake. The living room has a massive rock fireplace. There is also a separate indoor spa with a great view of the lake and a game table.. The large backyard is fully enclosed (perfect for pets).
Of course, there is a full size washer and dryer.
